Full tutus for all little forest fairies!  Slip these on under a dress, over a dress or over a shirt and leggings.  They will last through years of growing in and out of the toy box and wardrobe.  Three sizes:  small for babies (6/12 months), medium for toddlers (18months / 2-3), large for little girls (4/5).

The two tone tutus can be flipped to have the second color dominant on top.
